For those users without large format printers, affordable printers are available for formats up to Super B. This allows for a maximum width of up to 13 inch instead of the standard B format width of 11 inch. These printers can often be used with roll paper with a width of 13", making the print-outs suitable for Letter format booklets. This is similar to the way that Letter format banner paper can be used for printing 8" x 5" format booklets.
Printing is performed in a single print process. Proceed as follows: Under File, select Printer Setup... and set the paper feed to roll paper. In addition, you will need to enter a so-called user-defined paper format in Printer Setup to match the desired paper format, such as 40 inch wide and 13 inch high. Under Treeview Options, Printer Page tab, select Orientation Landscape, 1 Page horizontal, Print Justification Use paper format for size. Under Treeview Options, Automatic Width/Height tab, mark Use Automatic Width/Height function and mark the checkbox Use settings from Printer Page. Create the graphic again. Open the Print Preview window to see how the graphic is arranged on the page. In Print Preview mode, mark the Margins checkbox and move the left optional margin (green) with the mouse to clear a binding margin or an entire page, as desired. Then, print out the graphic.
