A graphic can be split into two facing pages to provide for a format that is almost twice as large as a single page. To allow room for a binding margin, a box column is left blank in the middle of the graphic. Right-click on a box or the background in the column that you want to leave blank and select Insert Column for Binding Margin from the menu that appears. All columns to the right, including the one you clicked on, will be moved to the right. This binding margin will only be crossed by horizontal connection lines at wide intervals, which allows the lines to be easily followed across page breaks despite slight offsets between pages.
To print a graphic on facing pages with a blank binding margin, take the following steps: Set your printer to the standard format of your book, such as Letter format. Under Treeview Options, Printer Page tab, select Orientation Portrait, 2 Pages horizontal, Print Justification Use paper format for size. Under Treeview Options, Automatic Width/Height tab, mark Use Automatic Width/Height function and mark the checkbox Use settings from Printer Page. Create the graphic again and insert the binding margin column as described above. Open the Print Preview window to see how the graphic is arranged on the page. In Print Preview mode, mark the Margins checkbox and move the optional margins (green) if necessary. Print out both pages. If you would like to use double-sidedly printed paper, insert the pages one-by-one into the printer and print each page separately. In the Print dialog, select Pages From: 1 To: 1 and Pages From: 2 To: 2.
