This dialog can also be opened in the treeview: Holding the Ctrl key and drawing a rectangle with your left mouse button, then use the context-sensitive menu.

You can specify the content of the person index on this tab. The columns with the names can be modified. In addition, a sorting method for multipart surnames can be specified.
With the checkbox Protection of Data Privacy / Like in person boxes you activate the same protection of data privacy for the person index which is valid for the person boxes in the treeview. At active protection of data privacy no data of birth, baptism, dead and burial are output for protected persons in the person index. This checkbox is only available if either the generation-based or the person-based protection of data privacy has been activated for the treeview.
If the current treeview contains duplicates, they will be highlighted in the list. The name will only be output once in the person index, but will include the coordinates of all positions. If at the generation-based protection of data privacy duplicates of a person occur in different generations, the protection of data privacy of this person is derived from the generation of the person box which occurs in the structure first.
Note: The row numbers which were fixed at the creation of the columns/row numbers are output in this content list. If the orientation of the tree structure is set to Oldest generation at the bottom, also the row numbers go the other way round. Then these numbers do not correspond to the numbers of the column and row grid, which are mentioned in the status bar and used for the positioning of the Free Placeable Text, Image and Geo Objects. |
