This dialog can also be opened in the treeview: Holding the Ctrl key and drawing a rectangle with your left mouse button, then use the context-sensitive menu.

This tab allows you to create one of the three types of outputs.

For direct output, the output location relative to the tree structure must be defined.

For indirect output, you can cause a message to be displayed if the text size is too small to be readable. This may occur when the EMF file is adjusted to fit the rectangle you have drawn. In addition, you can specify that the EMF file be automatically opened after export for your approval. For this, an image viewer for EMF files must installed on your computer and be linked to the EMF file type.

For PDF exports, you can specify that the PDF file be automatically opened after export. For this, a PDF reader must be installed on your computer.

Note: Direct output is only available if you open this dialog from the Treeview menu, Person Index, Create Person Index.... Indirect output is only available if you have opened this dialog by holding the Ctrl key, dragging a rectangle with your mouse, and selecting the dialog from the context menu. PDF export is possible with both of the above-mentioned methods.
